I was so happy when I saw Volcanica in the list of products. This brand is slowly starting to become my absolute favorite. They always have amazing products no matter where they get them from. Plus, you always feel safe knowing that they have ethically sourced these beans from struggling farmers and paid the full price without going through any bureaucratic machinations.

Perhaps the only thing I don’t like about this coffee is that the sweetness is a bit too intense. It’s a medium roast similar to the first product, but for some reason, the natural flavors shine through much better with this one.

This one I ordered to see the difference compared to the smaller package. The only real difference is the intensity of the flavor with this one. It’s not as sweet, but a bit more bitter, but it may be my fault as I may have used a bit more ground per cup.

All in all, the main differences are that the bitterness is a bit more intense, the size is much bigger, and the beans come pre-ground. The rest is pretty similar to the previous product.
