Welcome to Brewlogy the science of making coffee

I'm looking for:

Who we are

Brewlogy is a team of two ex-baristas, Adam and Veronica, who started it as a means to teach the general public about the secrets learned behind the counters of multiple cafes they’ve worked in.

Adam is a more seasoned barista, having taken part in multiple World Barista Championships, and consulting for dozens of new cafes in the state of New York. Adam has also spent a year traveling the African continent exploring coffee beans from places like Ethiopia, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and many others, making him a specialist of African coffee.

Veronica spent 7 years working in various cafes in cities like Tampa, Miami, Houston, and Santa Fe. Her very close relations with the Latino communities in these cities have made her an expert in Latin American coffee beans.

The short version is that we love drinking coffee, we love making it, and we definitely love talking about it. Come join us in our reviews, guides, and much more interesting stuff on Brewlogy!

If you’ve got your own secrets to share or would like to partner with us then feel free to drop us a message on our Contact page!
